Terms of Service (TOS)
I retain the right to refuse a commission at any time; even though they are open
I do not do refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission on my part OR it goes over the 3 month waiting time stated
Commissions can take 1 day to 3 months to complete
Send a clear reference. Any unclear references may make your commission subject to price increase.
Usage of Commision
Completed commissions can be used by me for promotion, advertisements, and examples publicly. You, the commissioner, can also use the commissioned artwork as you please, provided you do not edit or remove my signature, claim the artwork is your own, or attempt to profit off my work without prior agreement.
Additional Fees
Complex characters, designs, or requests may require additional funds to cover extra work. This is due to the extra work hours complex commissions require. I will let you know if your commission would be considered complex and if so what additional fee I would ask for.
Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel the commission, please do this before you have paid for the commission. If you'd like to cancel after payment, a full refund may not be given depending on the progression of the commission, however please discuss this with me if you would like to cancel the commission midway through.
18+ Content
By ordering NSFW artwork (containing nudity, explicit content, kink, or otherwise adult orientated content), you agree that you are 18+ years of age. Falsifying your age will result in a permanent blacklist.
Prohibited Actions
Altering my artwork without asking my permission beforehand
Tracing my artwork or repurposing parts of the image
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Minting any commission as an NFT
Customer Satisfation
Customers are responsible for notifying me of changes they would like through out the process. I will regularly update the customer throughout the process.
IF YOU WANT SOMETHING CHANGED, DON'T WAIT AND TELL ME AFTER I FINISH THE PIECE.
Let me know if you don't want your piece to be posted, or if you don't want it posted on certain websites.
